Eligibility You must be a licensed veterinary professional or authorized clinic staff, at least 18 years old, to register for and use Vetomi. 3. Accounts & Security You will provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. 4. Services Vetomi provides AI-driven diagnostic assistance, treatment planning, predictive monitoring, teleconsultation support, clinic management tools, and analytics dashboards. Use of specific features may require additional fees. 5. Fees & Payment Access to Vetomi is subscription-based. You agree to pay all applicable fees in a timely manner. Fees may vary by plan and billing interval. We may change pricing upon 30 days’ notice. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. 6. License & Restrictions We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for your internal professional purposes. Do not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service. 7. Intellectual Property All content, software, trademarks, and logos (“Content”) are owned by Vetomi or its licensors. You receive no ownership rights in the Content. 8. Privacy & Data Your use of Vetomi is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data, and we process it only as described in that policy. 9. Disclaimers & Warranties THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” VETOMI MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. AI-generated suggestions are not a substitute for professional judgment. 10. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VETOMI’S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO AMOUNTS YOU ACTUALLY PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. 11. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse.
